My Dream Home

Just had to share the house I have been obsessing over the past few months.  Seriously, I have been looking at the pictures of it in House Beautiful almost everyday.  There are not many houses you see that you could just move into without changing anything but this is one of them!

This house belongs to Mark D Sikes and I think you'll agree it is absolutely stunning.  The colours, the styling and of course, the tropical mixed with Chinoiserie feel.  Spot on!

Jasper Conran Chinoserie

This is definitely on my wish list!  I've got 2 little boys so I'm not suggesting this for myself for now (expensive pieces that you wouldn't want to worry excessively about accidentally breaking), but a few of these Jasper Conran Chinoiserie pieces would be a great way to dress up that plain white crockery we all have.

The green is so beautiful and the silver trim just sets it off so beautifully. I might start with a bowl or a mug for myself for now. But in the meantime, look at these fabulous pieces...

Hibernating

So happy to report I finally managed to watch "Million Dollar Decorators" (thanks to iTunes, don't you just love it?) and despite what I'd read on the internet (and taking an episode or 2 to get into it and the personalities of the designers) I totally loved it.

Anyway, the fabric in Jeffrey Alan Marks bedroom caught my eye and after very little investigation (thank you www) found out it was by Christopher Farr and it is called 'Carnivale'.

Letters Love... Diamonds

I love letters...that's no secret!  But if you put letters together with diamonds - voila!  Absolutely divine.  If you could put one of these on your Christmas List, which one would it be?

I cannot believe 2012 is just around the corner?  I feel like the rest of this year is just speeding out of control. I've just put 2 new products in my Etsy store - Letter Love Designs.

A 2012 Desk Calendar printed in high gloss card - looks fabulous and you can personalize it with your initial.  They are printed in Letter Love Designs popular patterns and colours and come in a clear acrylic CD case type stand.

And, a Planner with spaces for up to 6 family member names down the side and the days of the week across the top.  I like these because you can see who will be where and for any week you like.  Then you can tear off the sheets and take them with you or pin them up for everyone to see.  If you don't have 6 family members names, you can put other headings (anything you like, but I use "meals" and "shopping").  You can choose the pattern and the colour too.  I think that's the fun part!
